We are getting ever closer to Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul, the Netflix event that is proving to be the fight of the year from an interest level.
Before we get to see the two boxers take the ring live from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, on Friday, we will see the two stars meet one another at the live weigh-in event. This is sure to be the kind of spectacle becoming of the legendary Tyson and the ever-popular Paul.

Mike Tyson and Jake Paul will square off in a long-awaited weigh-in event that takes place ahead of Friday’s main event bout on Netflix. Here is how to watch Thursday’s presentation available across a wide swath of social channels.

Yes. The weigh-in will be available via streaming across MVP’s YouTube channel, Netflix’sYouTube channel, Netflix Sports YouTube, MVP’s Instagram, Netflix’s TikTok and Netflix’s Tudum. 
The fight is set for Friday, Nov. 15 and will take place at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The main card for the event will start at 8 p.m. ET, streaming exclusively on Netflix. The official time for the main event − Tyson vs. Paul − will be determined by the fights that come before it.
The Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson fight will take place this Friday, Nov. 15 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The stadium is home to the Dallas Cowboys.
Neither Mike Tyson nor fight promoters have publicly revealed what Tyson’s payday will be for the fight, but boxing industry experts have estimated Tyson could make somewhere in the range of $20 million. 
At an Aug. 18 news conference promoting the fight, Jake Paul offered a clue to what his payout might be. “I’m here to make $40 million and knock out a legend,” he said. — Steve Gardner
Tyson has a career record of 50-6 with 44 knockouts. Tyson started his career with 37 wins before his first loss. He had 33 knockouts in that span.
Jake Paul holds a 10-1 record with seven knockouts in his career. His lone loss came via a split decision to Tommy Fury in February 2023.
DAZN reports that Striverne, a former WBC heavyweight champion, told Baccart.net: “I don’t think it will last more than six rounds. In the first half of the fight, the younger guy is going to come out to try and impose himself, but I see Mike working his body and dragging him into deep water from early on in the fight. Mike is a lot older, but he still has the ambition to fight and has bad intentions. He still hits the pads hard, looks great on the pads and it’s not like he fighting somebody who is a live opponent. Mike is taking this fight seriously and I don’t see in any way how he loses this fight against Jake Paul.”
Roy Jones Jr., a former world champion in multiple divisions, tells talkSPORTS: “Well, I like Mike, probably by decision, but if he chooses to go out and take him out, I think he can.”
Former heavyweight champion Tyson Fury tells MMA Hour: “If Mike Tyson hits anybody, I don’t care if he’s 90, he’s going to knock them out cold isn’t he? He’s Iron Mike Tyson, the baddest man on the planet. Jake Paul is very experienced now and he’s had a lot of fights but obviously, I have to back Mike Tyson for the knockout as he always backs me.”
Lucky Ngamwajasat writes, “Give credit to Paul, Tyson and MVP Promotions for making me and many other fight fans tune in to this sideshow. And give credit to Paul for finding ways to keep us entertained while stacking the deck in his favor. Whether it was fighting former NBA player Nate Robinson or former UFC champions Tyrone Woodley and Anderson Silva, The Problem Child seemingly has had the advantage in all of these matchups. You want a prediction? Here’s mine: It’s going to be a circus and I’m going to watch it. I’m not going to take whatever happens seriously and neither should anyone who watches. But it should be fun, it’ll get people talking, and I’m sure it will lead to another mega-money fight for Paul down the line, perhaps a rematch.”
Daniel Yanofsky writes, “If Tyson gets knocked down, which seems likely here, hopefully, he gets back up. The prediction: Paul pulls his punches a bit to give the crowd their money’s worth before forcing Tyson down. It will be a circus show either way, but a successful one, allowing Netflix, Paul, and Tyson to pat themselves on the back.”

Tyson vs. Paul is streaming exclusively on Netflix. Anyone with a membership can watch the fight. No extra charges are being added in order to watch.
If you do not have a Netflix subscription, they start as low as $6.99/month if you are interested in signing up. If not, there is still a chance you can watch the fight at a local bar or pub near you. Any establishment that uses DirecTV for business and has pre-ordered the fight via that service has been authorized to show the fight, according to Joe Hand Promotions.
Although both Tyson and Paul have tried to make it abundantly clear that this will be a legitimate fight, there are many rules set for this match that differ from traditional matches.
For one, both fighters will wear 14-ounce gloves instead of the standard 10-ounce gloves typically used by heavyweight fighters. This change is an attempt to emphasize safety for both combatants. Additionally, rather than the standard 10-12 three-minute rounds, this fight will consist of eight two-minute rounds.
